I was going to add them on my myspace but they require a last name or an email and I don't know the answer to both. HELP!

They have their settings like that probably on purpose, so you have to write and ask them for it. The email could be on their official website, or it could be one of the members' personal email addresses. In any case, I suggest that you write and ask them for it. I can't guarantee they'd give it to you, though! They've obviously got their reasons for not letting everyone add them. Hope this helps!
