It means the person has spent a long time spamming people and posting near pornographic photos of themselves until at least seven and a half thousand people have claimed to be that person's "friend".

It means that they have 7,5000+ friends on their myspace friend list. Which I think is really stupid in a way.

"k" means thousand. So 7.5k is 7.5 thousand, or 7500. I personally have 5.9k.
